Leading People to Grow into Devoted Followers of Jesus Christ
Strategy
Our strategy is to create environments that will lead people to becoming followers:
Foyer: Relevant Worship Services (Guests)

We believe that we are called not only to worship God in our worship services, but also to call others to worship God. The idea is that worship not only moves His church towards Him but it also is the best way to draw those who are disconnected to Him. Worship is central to the life of the church and there is something uniquely powerful when the entire community stands together in devotion and praise of our Awesome God. As such, we strive to make our worship services relevant to not only to Christians but also to curious un-churched people and those who grew up "religious" but lack a personal relationship with God, so that we can lead them to Jesus.
Living Room: Mid-Size Lifestage Gatherings (Friends)

In the living room, the furniture is often arranged so people can become better acquainted. When guests enter the living room from the foyer, they eventually become friends. With friends, you try to find common ground and become better acquainted as you share your life's story and ultimately build trust. Our living room environments are created to do just this, change people's minds about connecting with others. Our living room environments are our mid-sized groups, Pathway (Singles Ministry) and Couples Ministry. They are not meant to be an alternative to LifeGroups, but a bridge to and supplement to LifeGroups.
Kitchen: LifeGroups (Family)

Our strategy is to connect everyone at Binnerri to a LifeGroup so they will become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. It is difficult for people to feel connected to the community without becoming part of a small group. So, we believe that life transformation happens in the context of a consistent and predictable community where people are authentic with one another as they study God's word together, pray with one another, and grow together. LifeGroups are very important to our Christian maturity and growth, to strengthening our connection to God and to grow in our relationship with God. We would like to lead everyone to be a part of a LifeGroup, so that they will have the best chance to do life together with others.
